GetBill is provided by AIMOVE LOGISTICS LLC. Contact us for product support, billing questions, privacy requests, or help deleting an account.

Product and Billing Support

Email [email protected] and include:

  • The email address associated with your GetBill account.
  • Your device platform: iOS, Android, or web.
  • A concise description of the issue and the steps that produced it.
  • A screenshot when useful, with client or payment information redacted.

Do not send passwords, Google authentication codes, full payment card numbers, bank credentials, private keys, or access tokens.

Privacy and Account deletion

For a privacy-rights request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify that you own the account before disclosing, changing, exporting, or deleting personal information.

To delete a GetBill account, follow our public Account deletion instructions. If your installed mobile app displays Delete Account, you can also use Settings > Account > Delete Account.
