Privacy Policy

Effective: August 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AIMOVE LOGISTICS LLC ("GetBill," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use the GetBill website, mobile applications, web application, invoice and estimate tools, subscription features, payment features, public document links, and related support services (collectively, the "Service").

GetBill is a business productivity service. It is not a bank, payment processor, money transmitter, escrow service, or financial adviser. When a GetBill customer adds information about their own clients, the customer is responsible for that information and GetBill generally processes it on the customer's behalf to provide the Service.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on the features you use.

Account and Authentication Information

When you sign in with Google, we may receive your name, email address, profile image, Google account identifier, and authentication tokens needed to create and secure your GetBill account. We do not receive or store your Google password.

We also create internal identifiers, such as a Supabase user ID, to associate your account with your businesses, records, subscription, and settings.

Business and Customer Content

You may provide business names, logos, addresses, contact details, tax settings, currencies, invoice preferences, payment settings, products, services, clients, billing addresses, invoice and estimate items, quantities, prices, discounts, taxes, notes, payment status, and other business records.

You may also upload business logos, invoice attachments, images, PDFs, or other files that you choose from your device. GetBill does not access your contacts, precise location, microphone, SMS messages, call history, or health data as part of its core functionality.

You are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis and providing any required notices before adding personal information about clients, customers, employees, contractors, or other people to GetBill.

Subscription and Purchase Information

We may receive and store your plan, trial status, entitlement status, purchase platform, billing period, renewal or expiration date, cancellation status, product identifier, transaction or receipt identifier, and related subscription events.

Apple processes subscriptions purchased in the iOS app, Google Play processes subscriptions purchased in the Android app, and Stripe processes subscriptions purchased on the web. RevenueCat helps GetBill validate purchases, maintain entitlement status, and synchronize subscription access across platforms.

GetBill does not receive or store full payment card numbers for these subscription purchases.

Stripe Connect and Invoice Payment Information

If a business connects its own Stripe account, Stripe collects the identity, business, bank, card, compliance, fraud-prevention, and payout information required to provide its services. GetBill may receive limited account status, capability, checkout, payment, refund, dispute, payout-readiness, and transaction metadata.

When a client pays an invoice through a Stripe-hosted checkout, Stripe may receive the client's email address, invoice number, business name, currency, amount, and processing-fee information needed to complete and reconcile the payment. Card and bank credentials are entered directly into Stripe's interface and are not stored by GetBill.

Invoice payments are processed as direct payments to the GetBill customer's connected Stripe account. GetBill does not take custody of invoice funds.

Communications and Notifications

We collect information you send to support. When you send an invoice or estimate by email, we process the recipient address, message details, document information, and delivery status needed to send and troubleshoot that communication.

If you enable push notifications, we process a device push token, app installation information, and delivery status. You can disable notifications in your device settings.

Device, Diagnostic, and Website Information

We may automatically receive IP address, browser type, device model, operating system, app version, language, timestamps, request logs, crash reports, stack traces, diagnostic information, and security events. This information is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

The public website may use essential cookies or local storage for security, session continuity, display preferences, and core site functionality. GetBill does not currently use third-party advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking for targeted advertising.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect information:

  • Directly from you when you create records, upload files, configure a business, contact support, or use Service features.
  • From your device or browser when you use the Service, permit notifications, or send diagnostic information.
  • From Google when you authenticate.
  • From Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, or Stripe when they report subscription or payment status.
  • From recipients and payment providers when an invoice, estimate, email, public link, or payment interaction is completed.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Authenticate users and protect accounts.
  • Create, store, send, share, and manage businesses, clients, products, invoices, estimates, files, and payment records.
  • Generate PDFs and secure document links.
  • Send transactional email and optional push notifications.
  • Validate trials, purchases, subscriptions, entitlements, renewals, cancellations, and plan limits.
  • Connect business-owned Stripe accounts and reconcile invoice payment status.
  • Provide customer support and respond to privacy or deletion requests.
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, payment disputes, and prohibited activity.
  • Monitor reliability, diagnose crashes, improve performance, and maintain the Service.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

We do not use client invoice data or uploaded documents to train public artificial-intelligence models.

4. Service Providers and Disclosures

We disclose only the information reasonably needed for the following providers to perform services for GetBill:

We require service providers to process information only for authorized purposes and to provide protections that are the same as or equivalent to those described in this policy and required by applicable law.

We may also disclose information:

  • At your direction, such as when you email or share a document, create a public document link, or send a client to Stripe Checkout.
  • To professional advisers, auditors, insurers, or vendors who are subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • When required by law, legal process, regulators, or courts.
  • When reasonably necessary to protect users, GetBill, our providers, or the public from fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.
  • In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice requirements.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use it for third-party targeted advertising.

GetBill customers can create links that let recipients view invoices or estimates without signing in. Anyone who receives or obtains a valid link may be able to view the associated document, so customers should share links only with intended recipients and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.

Recipients may also be sent to Stripe to make a payment. Information submitted directly to Stripe is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

Where a legal basis is required, we process personal information based on:

  • Performance of a contract, including operating GetBill and managing subscriptions.
  • Legitimate interests, including security, fraud prevention, customer support, diagnostics, and product reliability.
  • Consent, where required for notifications, optional permissions, cookies, or other optional processing.
  • Compliance with legal obligations and lawful requests.

When GetBill processes client or customer information on behalf of a GetBill business user, that business user determines the appropriate legal basis for the information it adds to the Service.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and business content while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When an account is deleted, GetBill deletes or de-identifies the account and associated business records, clients, products, invoices, estimates, files, and active-service identifiers unless retention is required for a legitimate legal purpose.

Limited subscription, payment, tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, security, and support records may be retained for the period required or permitted by applicable law. Information in encrypted backups or provider recovery systems is removed according to the applicable backup rotation and is not restored to active use after a valid deletion request. Providers such as Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and Stripe may retain transaction records under their own legal obligations and policies.

When retained information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or aggregate it.

8. Your Choices, Privacy Rights, and Account deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, delete, object to, or restrict processing of personal information; withdraw consent; or appeal a privacy decision.

You can update most business information inside GetBill. You can disable push notifications in device settings and revoke GetBill's Google access from your Google Account's connected-app settings.

You can request deletion through our public Account deletion page, including when your installed app version does not show an account-deletion option. If Delete Account is available in the mobile app, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account and complete the identity-confirmation steps.

Deleting a GetBill account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple, Google Play, or Stripe. The deletion flow will explain how to manage an active subscription. Billing may continue until you cancel it with the original billing provider.

To submit another privacy request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request.

9. California and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of states with applicable consumer privacy laws may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information and to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling.

GetBill does not sell personal information or process it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Authorized agents may submit requests, subject to identity and authority verification.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted network connections, provider security controls, and restricted production credentials. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for securing your Google account and for sharing public invoice or estimate links only with intended recipients.

11. International Data Transfers

GetBill and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are supported by recognized legal mechanisms, such as contractual protections, adequacy decisions, or other lawful safeguards.

12. Children

GetBill is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information to GetBill, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service, providers, or legal requirements. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Material changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.
