Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GetBill, including our website, mobile applications, billing tools, invoice features, payment features, subscription services, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
The Service is provided by AIMOVE LOGISTICS LLC ("GetBill," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, viewing a shared document, making a payment through a GetBill-enabled checkout, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use GetBill. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate account, business, billing, and subscription information and to keep it updated.
2. The GetBill Service
GetBill helps users create, manage, send, and track invoices, estimates, clients, business profiles, payment links, documents, and related business records.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, tax treatment, accounting treatment, and business use of any invoices, estimates, client records, payment requests, or documents you create through the Service.
GetBill does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
GetBill may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans may include access to additional features, usage limits, businesses, invoices, estimates, payment tools, document tools, or other functionality.
Subscriptions may be purchased through different billing providers depending on where you subscribe:
- Mobile subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are processed by Apple through the Apple App Store.
- Mobile subscriptions purchased in the Android app are processed by Google through Google Play.
- Web subscriptions purchased through the GetBill website are processed by Stripe.
- GetBill uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status, renewals, receipts, purchase validation, entitlement status, and subscription access across platforms.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable billing provider to charge your selected payment method according to the plan, billing period, taxes, and terms presented at checkout.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout unless you cancel before the applicable provider's renewal cutoff. Pricing, currency, taxes, trial terms, and renewal details displayed by Apple, Google Play, Stripe, or RevenueCat at checkout control the purchase.
GetBill may provide a limited account-level trial that does not require payment information. Unless a checkout screen expressly says otherwise, that trial expires without automatically starting a paid subscription. Store or promotional trials offered by Apple, Google Play, Stripe, or RevenueCat are governed by the terms displayed when you enroll.
4. Cross-Platform Access
An active GetBill subscription may unlock access across web, iOS, and Android when you sign in with the same GetBill account.
Access is subject to verification by the applicable provider, including Apple, Google Play, Stripe, and RevenueCat. Subscription status may take time to sync between platforms. GetBill is not responsible for delays caused by third-party billing systems, app stores, payment processors, network issues, or incomplete account matching.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund handling depends on where you purchased your subscription:
- iOS subscriptions must be managed, cancelled, or refunded through Apple.
- Android subscriptions must be managed, cancelled, or refunded through Google Play.
- Web subscriptions must be managed through GetBill or our Stripe-powered billing portal, if available.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not necessarily provide a refund for the current billing period. Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable billing provider and applicable law.
For web subscriptions, refund requests may be reviewed by GetBill according to our posted policy, the circumstances of the request, and applicable law.
Deleting your GetBill account does not cancel a subscription with Apple, Google Play, or Stripe. You must cancel with the provider where you purchased. See our Account deletion page for provider links and deletion instructions.
6. Plan Limits and Changes
Plan names, pricing, billing periods, limits, included features, trials, discounts, and promotional offers may vary by platform, region, billing provider, or time of purchase.
GetBill may modify, add, or remove plans and features. If a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will provide notice when required by law or by the applicable billing provider.
Upgrades, downgrades, crossgrades, trials, renewals, cancellations, and price changes are handled according to the rules of the provider through which the subscription was purchased.
7. Payments Through Stripe Connect
GetBill may allow users to connect Stripe to accept payments from their customers. Payment processing services are provided by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's applicable agreements, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and Stripe Privacy Policy.
Invoice payments are direct charges to the business user's connected Stripe account. The business issuing the invoice remains responsible for the underlying goods or services, its relationship with the payer, and all payouts, chargebacks, refunds, disputes, taxes, and compliance obligations.
When enabled and legally permitted, a Stripe-hosted checkout may show a separate online payment processing fee before the payer confirms payment. The business user is responsible for determining whether such a fee is permitted, properly disclosed, and correctly treated under applicable card-network, consumer-protection, tax, and other laws. GetBill may disable or limit fee functionality by currency, region, account, or payment method.
GetBill is not a bank, payment processor, money transmitter, escrow agent, or financial institution.
8. Your Content and Customer Data
You may upload or create business information, client records, invoice data, estimates, notes, logos, PDFs, payment links, and related content ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant GetBill a limited license to host, process, store, transmit, display, and use User Content as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
You are responsible for obtaining any notices, rights, permissions, and consents required to upload, process, or share personal information about your customers, clients, employees, contractors, or other third parties.
Public invoice and estimate links may be viewed by anyone who obtains a valid link. You are responsible for sharing links only with intended recipients and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive information in User Content.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GetBill to:
- Create or send fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, or misleading invoices or payment requests.
- Violate tax, accounting, financial, consumer protection, privacy, intellectual property, or other applicable laws.
- Send spam, phishing attempts, malware, abusive content, or unauthorized communications.
- Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or compromise the Service.
- Use payment links or invoice links for prohibited or high-risk activities.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for GetBill, our users, our providers, or the public.
10. Third-Party Services
GetBill integrates with third-party services, including Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, Stripe, Supabase, analytics providers, hosting providers, and other vendors.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. GetBill is not responsible for third-party services, provider outages, billing provider decisions, app store policies, payment processing delays, or external platform rules.
11. Intellectual Property
GetBill and its software, design, trademarks, branding, content, features, and technology are owned by GetBill or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of GetBill intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by law or expressly authorized by us.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we process personal information as described there.
13. Service Availability
We aim to keep GetBill reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetBill disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
GetBill does not warrant that invoices, estimates, reports, calculations, templates, payment links, tax settings, or business records generated through the Service will meet your legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetBill will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or payment disputes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetBill's total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to GetBill for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetBill from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your business activities, your invoices or payment requests, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
17. Termination
You may stop using GetBill at any time and request account deletion through our Account deletion page. If your installed mobile app displays Delete Account, you may also start the process from Settings > Account > Delete Account.
Account deletion is permanent and does not cancel subscriptions managed by Apple, Google Play, or Stripe. The deletion flow may ask you to manage an active paid subscription before proceeding so that billing and access are handled correctly.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay amounts owed, misuse the Service, or if we are required to do so by law or a third-party provider.
After termination, we may retain certain information as required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, backup, or legitimate business purposes.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
